DMCA / Copyright Policy

PastePro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

1. Filing a Copyright Claim

If you believe that content available on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at noreply@example.com with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on our website
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed from our website in error, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located

3. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright law, in appropriate circumstances.
